These Apple & Cranberry Samosas are a tea time wonder! 🍏 For the filling, @worldfood_onmy_table finely diced 4 Granny Smith apples and cooked them in a pan with 1 tbsp oil and cranberries. She then added 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1/4 tsp each of salt, cinnamon and nutmeg powder.
Each samosa is wrapped and brushed with oil before being air-fried. The result: crispy crust with soft, sweet deliciousness inside! #RollingGrace
